Each week applies Perplexity Computer to a real business question: where money is leaking, where growth is stuck, where operations are slow, and what AI should do next. You leave with assets built from your business context, not classroom exercises.

Week 1

Sessions 1–2

Your Business AI

You create a custom AI agent that holds your entire business context — your strategy, financials, customers, and operations. It remembers everything, connects the dots across every part of your business, and is available whenever you need to think something through.

Week 2

Sessions 3–4

Margin & Cash Decisions

You upload your financial data and have a real conversation about your money. Where is margin going? Are you priced correctly? What happens under three different cash flow scenarios? The kind of analysis that used to require hiring outside help or spending a weekend in spreadsheets.

You leave with: A financial action plan that identifies pricing issues, margin pressure, cash-flow risks, and 3 concrete moves for the next 30 days

Week 3

Sessions 5–6

Revenue Growth Map

You map how your sales motion actually works, identify the highest-value opportunities in your existing customer base, score new prospects against your real ICP, and build a prioritized 90-day growth plan from your real pipeline and real numbers.

You leave with: A sales motion diagnostic that shows where revenue is leaking, which customers or prospects matter most, and what to prioritize over the next 90 days

Week 4

Sessions 7–8

Operational Leverage

You bring in your operational data — inventory, projects, contracts, whatever keeps your business running — and have a strategic conversation with an AI that already understands your full business context. You make real decisions, document them, build automations, and write SOPs.

You leave with: Documented operational decisions, SOPs, and automations for recurring work that should not keep living in your head or calendar

90-Day AI Execution Plan

You build a 90-day roadmap for how you keep using AI after the bootcamp ends. Not theory. A plan built on 4 weeks of working with your own data and your own business — what to do first, what to expand, what to scale.
